How long does the construction process take?

Usually about 120 days, though this depends on the permitting process, which can vary from area to area.

How can I choose options, personalize and upgrade my home?

The ability to personalize your home starts once you have secured the purchase of your new home.  Our design center team will contact you directly to schedule your appointment and assist you with the option and upgrade process. Our Design Center boasts over 5000 sq ft of choices and our professionally trained design center team will assist you throughout the process! Can Soundbuilt Homes help me secure a loan?

SoundBuilt Homes has a vested interest in seeing you through the purchasing and loan process. Choosing the right lender that will fit your needs will help make the purchasing process a pleasant and much less stressful experience. SoundBuilt Homes can offer you a choice of preferred lenders for you to choose from.

Is it necessary to put 10% down?

Depending on the type of loan, when a down payment is necessary it can be as little as 3-5%.  Zero Down for all VA buyers!

What if I currently have a home to sell?

We do accept contingencies, and our sales team will work with you to ensure the sale of your home.
