Additionally, with children, it’s best if the office space has a door so little faces don’t make appearances on conference calls.

With recreational centers being closed for a majority of the year (gyms, playgrounds, art studios, etc.), home buyers are in search of homes with multipurpose spaces to accommodate their family’s recreational needs. This kitchen space should have enough cabinet/pantry storage, and well-running appliances. Additionally, since home buyers are spending more time in the kitchen, they want the cabinets, hardware, lighting fixtures, counters, and appliances to be stylish as they will be spending a lot of time in there.
